ECS Shop – Owasso

The ECS Shop first opened its doors in April of 2021 as the first and only compounding dispensary in the state. The owners, Chip and Cynthia Paul, wanted to give their community something new that goes beyond selling products by giving their patrons an opportunity to receive more robust and specialized care to meet all their medical cannabis needs. They are both extremely passionate about helping others. Chip said “When people have their first dispensary experience, they don’t know what they need; they’re kind of at the mercy, if you will, of that sales clerk or budtender, and so we want to really help educate the people that come in.” Cynthia added, “There’s dispensaries around that are serving patients, but there’s no services, no patient drives, there’s no education, there’s no personalized medicine, which is what we’re going to do here. It means we can better serve our patients.”

The ECS Shop is the only compounding dispensary in the state, meaning they offer the only natural products compounding services available. The Paul’s began their journey back in 2018 when they discovered a newly discovered system of human function called the Endocannabinoid System (ECS), thought by them to be your Master Regulatory System. They are able to identify imbalances in the ECS and nutritionally target a natural health product to address the imbalance. They do this through one-on-one consultation, compounding techniques, and by utilizing scientific applications of natural healing methods. Their approach to health is thoroughly contemporary—they believe treating the whole person is fundamental to health and healing. Their goal is to awaken clients to their potential and help them discover a new perspective on life.

Everyone’s needs are different. What works for you, may or may not work for me. We all experience differences in diet and environment and thereby all have different dietary and supplemental needs. At the ECS Shop, they have a “template” of what those dietary needs are and how to achieve them. They also understand how you might “break” without these dietary inputs. They understand the individual nuance and can design and build dietary supplements based on individual needs.

Staff Training

Chip and Cynthia are forensic researchers of the Endocannabinoid System and that has helped them develop a very robust certification course called Master Regulator Training. All of their staff must complete this training in order to serve their clients and patients. This training is also available to the entire industry!
