Your physician appointment is completed virtually, so you can speak with an Oklahoma-registered doctor from a comfortable, private place using your phone, tablet, or computer.
Schedule Your AppointmentOMMA states that patient license applications are processed within 14 business days after a complete application is submitted. Your doctor appointment and document preparation happen before that state review period begins.
You can give Hawkeye permission to help by signing our assistance authorization. We review your documents, complete and submit your OMMA application, track its status, and follow up with you if an issue needs attention.
We review your uploads and will contact you if a replacement is needed. Final document acceptance is determined by OMMA.
Yes. The Hawkeye intake, document preparation, and physician appointment are completed virtually.
At Hawkeye Consulting Services, we are a fully virtual company, which allows us to efficiently assist clients no matter where we are. To provide the best service, we communicate exclusively through text or email. Our team uses a phone app for messaging, so our phone does not ring for incoming calls.
We understand that some clients prefer phone conversations, but we’ve found that text and email allow us to provide quick, accurate, and efficient assistance. If a phone call is absolutely necessary, we can schedule one, but please note that it may take a day or so to arrange.
You are more than welcome to call and leave a voicemail if you prefer not to text. However, please note that we will respond via text or email to ensure a faster and more efficient process.
